All orders in the United States are delivered free if your order is over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.

We accept returns on full-priced and sale items, and they must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. The original tags must still be attached. We accept returns once the return request is made within 21 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale/final clearance items.

Please note that we do our best to respond within 24 hours of first contact, but if we have a high volume of inbound requests, it may take longer to get back to you.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do when an item is out of stock. You may reach out to us to see if we plan to restock the item. Otherwise, you may have to wait and check back frequently to see if your size is available again.
It is very difficult for us to change orders once they’ve been processed. However, if you think you made a mistake in your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via email or online form. We’ll do our best to correct the issue. If we can’t, we’ll keep a record of your concern and direct you through the return or exchange process.
While we currently do not have a physical location, we are in the process of looking into a brick-and-mortar/offline store in the future.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as alternative forms of payment. You can complete express checkout using PayPal, GPay, Meta Pay, Venmo, After Pay, and Shop Pay.
We do offer two “buy now, pay later” purchasing options through After Pay and Shop Pay. When checking out, simply select After Pay or Shop Pay and choose installments to split your purchase into four interest-free payments. There are no fees, and you won’t see any impact on your credit score.
After Pay and Shop Pay is only available for the base cost of your purchase. Shipping and taxes must be paid at the time of purchase.
Crescent gift cards are available for purchase in increments of $100. All gift cards are digital and sent through email.
